This PR adds functionality to discover new data and add it to a version controller registry/manifest in this repository. After experimenting with a few CLI tools, I landed on
typer; it's quite easy to use and creates useful help menus with properly documented functions. README has been updated to demonstrate the new option to discover a new dataset hosted in the SurfDrive.At the moment, benchmarks break due to changes in Parcels, but issues will be open for those.
