TASBE Flow Analytics is a software tool that analyzes flow cytometry data. Its capabilities include translating raw flow cytometry data into comparable unit data. Additionally, experimental data is processed for statistical results are generated, compared, and plotted. Users are able to visualize and compare plotted statistical data. TASBE Flow Analytics is compatible with both Matlab and Octave, as well as an Excel interface for running analyses directly from spreadsheets.
