Add missing anthropic models from OpenRouter
Adds TOML configurations for 3 models available on OpenRouter that were missing from the registry:
anthropic/claude-3.7-sonnet:thinkinganthropic/claude-3.5-sonnetanthropic/claude-3-haikuPricing and capabilities sourced from the OpenRouter API.
