MINIFICPP-2807 Fix Conan build

[fgerlits]

Updated dependency versions and added small fixes.

A few extensions still don't build with Conan, these are disabled in conanfile.py.

TODO (in upcoming PRs):

• enable the remaining extensions
• use Conan in CI
• integrate Conan into bootstrap.
