Styling updates for docs

Description

This PR addresses a number of styling inconsistencies and issues causing legibility and readability issues across the different docs apps.

Styling updates include:

• Typography improvements for articles and content
• Navigation indicators, toc / sidebar tree decorators
• Button, card and other action elements
• Table styling
• Tooltip improvements
• Brand alignment
• Cleaned up margins, padding, and other minor styling improvements
