The 7 shields.io badge URLs in README.md still reference
base-org/contractsinstead of the current
base/contractsorg. This causes badges to showincorrect stats since the repo moved.
The
base-org/contract-deploymentslink on line 6 is intentionally leftunchanged as that repo still lives under base-org.
Replaces #249 which was closed without merging.
