feat(macOS): reopen hidden window on relaunch and add dock icon

Restores the tray-hidden main window on second launch and adds a macOS dock icon.

whats the point of feat: handle second launch by restoring tray-hidden main window?

It's so when the app is hidden in tray and is launched again it just opens the main window instead of what it does rn which is nothing and that maybe was a bit confusing for why it wasn't opening for some users, and it makes so it works better with the weird macOS dock icon

Oh it doesn't seem to work on macOS when it's packaged bruh, I said it was untest

I'm pretty sure it did open the window but it stayed below every other window (at least on macOS).. I know on Linux/Windows it worked just fine.
Also, I don't recall a case where the open wasn't showing for users.
