The security scans for the community java buildpack report high and critical vulnerabilities with regard to the JProfiler used. The vulnerabilities are known since quite some time but the current ruby java buildpack couldn't be updated or released with the newer version due to inactivity. Addressing this with the PR in order to bump safer version in the future Go based java buildpack.
