docs/docusaurus.config.js was deleted in an earlier commit which should be accordingly reflected in the CONTRIBUTING.md file.

Description

I've replaced docusaurus.config.js with favicon.png in CONTRIBUTING.md to reflect an earlier deletion of this file.
