Add Plausible tracking to the contributor network site so visits roll up with the shared developmentseed.org analytics property.
Use the standard Plausible script include and keep only the shared developmentseed.org site id for a minimal integration.

Adding plausible tracking in a similar format to what I see in eo-predictor
Point to ds.io to make tracking analytics across our different pages underneath developmentseed.org easier for @kcarini
