chore: remove most of digdir themes

Remove most of the themes and design-tokens we had for Digdir themes.

Moved them to here: https://github.com/designsystemet/digdir

• Removed most of the files related to digdir themes.
• Kept digdir config and built CSS files as we still use this in both our apps, www and themebuilder.
• Moved design-tokens for digdir theme to ignore as we aren't interested in versioning them anymore and to reduce noise when working on tokens create template (We use default Designsystem template for verifying design-tokens changes in Figma).
