This PR updates the “OPS status checker” GitHub Actions workflow to pin the dotnet/docs-tools/actions/status-checker action to a specific commit SHA and removes the now-unnecessary mode input.

Changes:

  • Pin dotnet/docs-tools/actions/status-checker to a fixed commit SHA (instead of tracking main).
