EventEmitter 在 node v7 时被移除，websocket.io-spec 模块使用时会报
Cannot read property 'prototype' of undefined错误导致模块功能异常。由于找不到 websocket.io-spec 模块对应的仓库，在模块未解决问题前挂载一个同名对象解决问题。
