feature: added faq

Description

In this PR i've added the following:

• type "FAQPage" and mainEntity "Question" in structured data
• content in "General Information"
• filename structure (prefix _), because without the prefix the Page Type isn't recognized correctly.

Unfortunately there is no appropriate way to add the questions and answers to structuredData.html without duplicating them. So i've decided to add them to the front matter of the .md-file.

I would appreciate it if you would review the questions and add more as needed. :)

• I will add additional informations (FIP Introduction and then the FAQ Section)
• We should find a way so it's not necessary to write the FAQ part multiple times to make it usable in the structured data. Maybe @MoritzWeber0 has an idea for that?

For Context: with .Page.Content we get the markup, but without Reflex it is not possible to extract the information needed. I tried using Regex but it didn’t work properly.
