docs: Add a hint for env variable loading for Vite configs

There are a lot of different ways to load env variables. Usually frameworks do have dotenv included, so .env files are loaded by default. This is usually not the case and users might be confused if it is not the case. This adds a line everywhere where we have a Vite config for sourcemap uploads to also include how .env files are added. This has nothing to do with Sentry itself, but it is better to support early in the process in this regard.

It got raised that this is missing in the docs: getsentry/sentry-javascript#19523 (comment)
