refactor(onboarding): Reorder onboarding feature options

DESCRIBE YOUR PR

Updated the order of features in OnboardingOptionButtons to follow a more natural user adoption progression:

Previous order:
Issues > Logs > Session Replay > Tracing > Profiling > User Feedback

New order:
Issues > Tracing > Profiling > Session Replay > Logs > User Feedback

Since the ordering logic is in the component itself, this change automatically applies to all platforms that use the OnboardingOptionButtons component.
