+I also explicitly request that this notice apply to all existing and newly created forks of this repository. Because this is a total leak of proprietary code, any current or subsequent forks will contain the exact same infringing content.

+3. Remedial Action Required  
+Because the entire repository consists of [private] stolen proprietary code and its publication is entirely unauthorized, there is no partial remedy or attribution possible. The user must delete the entire repository (percscc/devcomm) completely.

+4. Background and Request for Strict Sanctions  
+The operator of this GitHub account (percscc) was hired as a programmer to work on this code under a private commission. Following a dispute where the programmer failed to deliver the agreed services, they explicitly threatened to leak [private] code if [private] pursued a financial chargeback. They have now executed that threat by uploading [private] complete, unauthorized source code to this public repository.

+Because this leak is malicious, premeditated, and a direct act of retaliation, there is a severe and highly probable risk that the user will attempt to bypass a standard takedown. I have explicit reason to believe that upon the removal of this repository, the user will immediately attempt to re-upload [private] proprietary code either via a new/alternative GitHub account or through other deceptive alternative methods on your platform.
