In #1529, Presubmit Kokoro - Test: Integration with Regular Sessions failed because Python 3.9 is no longer supported in the Python Kokoro CI. This PR fixes the presubmit by using 3.10 instead.

Summary of Changes

Hello, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request addresses a recent failure in the Integration with Regular Sessions presubmit job. The failure was caused by Python 3.9 no longer being supported in the Kokoro CI environment. By updating the configuration to use Python 3.10, this change ensures the presubmit tests can run successfully again, maintaining the stability of the continuous integration pipeline.

Highlights

  • CI Configuration Update: Updated the integration-regular-sessions-enabled.cfg presubmit configuration to use Python 3.10 instead of 3.9 for unit tests, resolving a recent CI failure due to Python 3.9 no longer being supported.

Code Review

This pull request updates the .kokoro presubmit configuration to use Python 3.10 instead of 3.9. The review suggests that to fully remove Python 3.9 from the project and improve maintainability, additional changes are required in noxfile.py and by deleting testing/constraints-3.9.txt.
