Updates the permissions metadata (permissions/new/permissions.json) as part of the weekly permissions synchronization, expanding the covered Microsoft Graph paths for access reviews, eDiscovery legal hold actions, and cross-tenant access policy capabilities.
Changes:

identitygovernance/accessreviews/unified/definitions(and related instance/decision/stage routes) to the AccessReview permissions mappings. - Added eDiscovery legal hold actions
disablePolicyandenablePolicyunder/security/cases/ediscoverycases/.../legalholds/.... - Added cross-tenant access policy M365 capability routes (including anonymous calendar sharing variants and
crossTenantLabelSync) to policy permissions mappings.
