Updates 18 translation files across Spanish, French, and Chinese to match recent English source changes identified in the translation lag audit.

Overview
Aligns es/, fr/, and zh/ translations with updated English docs, including GitLab workflow prerequisites (OAuth connection, new GitLab setup section, and GitLab automerge notes) and CI broken-link check wording to clarify it only validates internal links and where to view results in GitHub.

Refreshes docs.json documentation to reflect the navigation.groups structure (example JSON and navigation.directory type/description in both schema reference and settings structure pages), and updates editor media docs to remove SVG from supported uploads while noting the Git-based workaround.
