Overview
Updates the Workflows documentation to deprecate file-based workflows (.mintlify/workflows/*.md) and shift creation/management guidance fully to the dashboard.

Removes CLI/workflow-file instructions and YAML examples, simplifies configuration sections, and rewrites the “Example workflows” area into dashboard-ready prompt templates (with trigger/context described in prose). The CLI command reference pages (EN/ES/FR/ZH) also drop the mint workflow command docs.
