Remove workflow file and CLI references

Summary

Removes all documentation about workflow files (.mintlify/workflows/) and the mint workflow CLI command, since these features are being removed in mintlify/mint#7096.

Changes

• agent/workflows.mdx: Removed "Create a workflow file with the CLI" and "Add a workflow file to your repository" sections, removed frontmatter fields table, removed "Configure Slack notifications in workflow files" subsection, simplified "Manage workflows" section, converted example workflows from file format to prompt-only format
• cli/commands.mdx: Removed mint workflow command documentation
• es/, fr/, zh/: Applied the same changes to all localized versions

Removes documentation for workflow files (.mintlify/workflows/) and the deprecated mint workflow CLI command, aligning docs with the dashboard-only workflow configuration.

The Workflows docs (including es/, fr/, zh/ variants) are simplified to cover dashboard configuration only, dropping frontmatter/notify file-based sections and rewriting the example workflows into prompt-only examples with explicit trigger/context/automerge metadata.

Closing: the underlying PRs that remove file-based workflow support (mintlify/server#4604, mintlify/mint#7096) are still open and have not merged to main. When this ships, a new docs PR can be opened.
