Description
This PR adds the MyTeslaMate MCP server to the list of official integrations in the README. MyTeslaMate provides control and monitoring of Tesla vehicles and energy systems via the Tesla Fleet API and TeslaMate, with 98+ tools for charging, climate, security, navigation, and more.
