Set the value in the rankfile mapper based on parsing of the rankfile itself since LSF will create the file from an affinity file. Signed-off-by: Ralph Castain <rhc@pmix.org>
If we are using an LSF rankfile, then we don't declare map-by rankfile - we just let the LSF envar override any mapping directive. Don't ask why - it's what IBM did. So mark if the user specified nprocs, and only use the computed number if they didn't. Signed-off-by: Ralph Castain <rhc@pmix.org>
Ensure we retain all aliases for the HNP. Avoid output of allocation for the same job multiple times. Check to see if we are keeping FQDN during hostfile parsing. Also do a small cleanup of dash-host parsing - just ensure that we check for localhost prior to doing the FQDN parsing.
