Creates new osde2e chain that orchestrates the complete workflow from step registry:

  • osde2e-provision: Provisions Managed OpenShift cluster, shares cluster creds -
  • osde2e-test: Runs e2e suite
  • osde2e-krkn-ai: Executes krk-ai command
  • osde2e-cleanup: Cleans up resources

Updates hypershift-pr-check to use the osde2e chain instead of inline commands

  • Expands run_if_changed to include krknai packages
  • Removes release:latest dependencies from osde2e-provision and osde2e-test steps
