- using.xml: 区分大小写→不区分大小写 (opposite meaning), update shorthand notation usage
- mailinglist.xml: remove stray 'å' character, → for emphasis
- com.xml: fix &true; → &true; entity references, → to match EN
- obtaining.xml: 组和→组合 typo
- passwords.xml: 将会窃取→将被窃取 (missing passive voice)
- html.xml: add missing <title> wrapper for Javascript example

The linkend attributes used Unicode right double quotation marks (U+201D) instead of ASCII double quotes, causing XML parse failures in CI.
