This PR fixes a bug where podcast episodes with 'draft' status were being published publicly on Buzzsprout instead of being kept private. The fix changes the logic to mark all non-published episodes (both 'draft' and 'archived') as private.

privatefield logic from matching only 'archived' status to excluding 'published' status, ensuring both 'draft' and 'archived' episodes are kept private
