Documents metrics resolution changes for the Redis Cloud database Metrics tab, including a new Metric intervals section with a table mapping time ranges to their displayed resolution and noting removal of the 1-minute and 1-year ranges (replaced by a 3-month range).

Adds new monthly changelog pages for February 2026 and March 2026 highlighting these metrics resolution updates and linking back to the updated monitoring docs.
