[6.38] [tree] Clear error when calling CopyTree on a chain with friends#21345

to accomplish this an implementation of CopyTree was added to TChain, that errors out if friends are present, and forwarding to TTree's implementation when not. Addresses ROOT-10778 (cherry picked from commit 4633b1c)
