cline-agents-md-bootstrap

This repository contains a minimal workspace bootstrap for Cline.

Its only purpose is to make Cline check workspace rule files early and prefer reading a repository's AGENTS.md before starting substantive work.

Files

• .clinerules/00-bootstrap.md Minimal bootstrap rules for Cline.
• .clinerules/README.md Chinese explanation and manual verification steps.

Verification

1. Open Cline's Rules panel and confirm .clinerules/00-bootstrap.md is detected for the workspace.
2. Confirm the workspace AGENTS.md is also detected and enabled.
3. Start a small read-only task in a repository that has AGENTS.md and verify Cline follows it before doing substantive work.
4. If you also use global Cline Rules, ensure the workspace .clinerules/ and workspace AGENTS.md still take precedence for repository-specific behavior.
