fix: application handling of multiple references to the same SecretClass

Description

Fixes #653

In addition to the problem described in #653, this also fixes the handling of SecretClass certificates in the Spark submit pod.

Previously the secret volumes containing certificates were mounted in the submit Pod, but the trust store was not created and the JVM options for the submit its self were missing.

This PR also cleans up the history test to use a single S3 endpoint and thus confirm that #653 is fixed.
