This PR updates the ToolHive Kubernetes operator documentation to reflect the new unified release process. Previously, operator releases used prefix-based tags (e.g., toolhive-operator-crds-0.0.73), but now they use unified version tags (e.g., v0.8.3).
Changes:
- Removed
filterparameters from GitHub release badge URLs to show the latest unified release - Updated all example version numbers from old versions (0.0.73 for CRDs, 0.5.6 for operator) to unified version 0.8.3
- Changed kubectl URL tag references from prefix-based format to
v0.8.3format - Added the new embeddingservers CRD to upgrade and delete sections

Description
The new unified release process for ToolHive changes how operator releases are tagged.
This updates the "latest version" badges, example versions, and tags in the kubectl URLs to align.
