Adds:

  • a unified page toolbar across all section layouts (patterns, learn, contribute, blog, ci) that includes visual breadcrumbs with responsive truncation,
  • a sidebar toggle button (mobile), and a split "Copy page" button with dropdown actions (copy link, view source, open in Claude and ChatGPT).
  • Replace all standalone sidebar-toggle-container divs with the unified toolbar
  • Fix pre-existing null reference bug in codeblock.js for blocks without data-lang
  • Fix TOC layout and make it responsive ( Fixes A "fixed" Table of contents aside wastes space #334 )
