Notes:
This template has been modeled after the one for firefox and vivaldi - but mostly after vivaldi as it does just repackage a binary package, not build from source like firefox.
I'm aware that this PR might get "auto-"closed due to the stance of multible forks of the same browser - or something along that line. But at least people can take this template from the closed PR and improve on it.
I personally see no value in installing any firefox-based browser, as portable "installations" of them in the home directory semi-auto-update from the "about" section - not sure if they are able to do so if they are installed in /opt.
Either way, repackaging for every update seem like not worth doing in that case.
I did this just to see if I can get it done, well, at least the repackaging route.
