Mac - Adds El Capitan 10.11.4 and 10.11.3 profiles
Added vol profile for Redhat6.6 x64 and Redhat 6.7 x64.  Confirmed valid in testing.
Added Kernel profile for Centos 7.2 x64
CentOS (Redhat) 5.11 can be one of several kernel versions. This is for 2.6.18-408 hence the difference in naming scheme.  it worked well for a past case.
Debian 8.6 kernel 3.16.0-4-amd64
Add profile for Centos7 with kernel version 3.10.0-327.36.3.el7.x86_64
Profile - Debian 8.6 kernel 3.16.0-4-amd64
Added Ubuntu 1{2,4}.04.5 and 16.04.1 x86_64 profiles
