I merged the international and national AVE sections. In the spain article, I made clear that it's only possible to book the tickets onsite. Otherwise looks good, thanks for the contribution! @lenderom wanted to have look at it too.

Description
From my experience in Spain also using the international AVE to France, I added some additional information on the corresponding pages. In addition, I tried to buy FIP-Tickets with the hotline while waiting for 2,5h at the ticket counter and they told me that they cannot sell any FIP tickets on the phone and that I need to go to a ticket counter.
